I really needed to properly write out the full list of twenty-five things that I would love to have done, learnt or experienced by the age of twenty-five. I think that some of these deserve their own, individual posts but only once (and if) I've accomplished them.
1. Do a 5K run
This is pretty self-explanatory; I've done a 5km swim before, but my running abilities have never been the greatest and I'd love to try and do something about it alongside getting fit again.
2. Travel Overseas
Another thing that I've wanted to do for years, something that involves a lot of planning and a fair bit of budgeting to get there.
3. Finish the first draft of my novel
This is definitely going to be a work in progress, but it's already started so finishing it is going to be the main goal.
4. Go a month (or more) No-Buy
I'm already giving this a shot for the month of January and fingers crossed that it goes well!
5. Make my own sourdough bread
I love sourdough bread; especially freshly made from a bakery. But sometimes, most times, it can get a little expensive; which I understand, it's a craft and you have to master it and master it well for it to be spectacular! But I also really want to try and make it myself, a new skill to keep with me for the rest of my life.
6. Learn how to drive
I've been putting this off since I was sixteen, and then again at nineteen. If I can go for my learners, and succeed then I'll be happy.
7. Go on a road trip
This, I feel, definitely ties in with the above. Going on a road trip with friends and not actually pulling your own weight by helping out with the actual driving? That would feel really weird and like I wasn't contributing to the team effort that a road trip actually is.
8. Go to a concert or music festival
I really like music, but I've never been to a concert or music festival; unless you count Star Wars: In Concert that I took dad to for his birthday a few years ago. (Huh, maybe I've already ticked this off my bucket list.)
9. Go to the theatre
It kind of ties into the above. I really want to get more involved with the arts, especially other arts other than the one that I have a degree in.
10. Read 100 books
I can definitely do this one, especially now that I'm really getting back into reading more. Fifty this year and fifty before the end of October next year!

11. Have a stall at a market
I've been saying this one for years now and have yet to properly do it.

12. Go for a hot air balloon ride
I'm not even sure where I could even do one of these, but the photos that you see around Instagram and pretty much everywhere else online look incredibly picturesque.
13. Become (fairly) fluent in Latin
Something that I really want to succeed at doing!
14. Start a podcast
I tried doing so last year, but it didn't really go as planned. This year for sure!
15. Get into a proper routine
Eh, I don't know how well I'll go at doing this. But even if I could wake up at the same time each day, or go to bed at a good time each night then I'll be really happy!
16. Pay it forward
With so much bad going on in the world, a small act of kindness like paying it forward could be a highlight of someone else's day!
17. Keep a (consistent) journal
So far, so good!
18. Design a garden
This is something that I'm currently attempting to do, with limited (at least so far) success.
19. Keep my houseplants alive
I'm unfortunately guilty of accidentally killing any of my houseplants that aren't Zoro (the marimo) or George (a plant that I've had for a little over four years at this point.)
20. Go fruit picking
I live fairly close by a few places that open up their orchards for people to come in and pick their plants for a small fee.
21. Do some random acts of kindness
I'm not sure exactly what these will be, but it'll be nice to do them regardless.
22. Go on a hike
Take in the fresh air and hopefully, there aren't any snakes around!
23. Have a day out at an arcade
It would be fun to get a group of friends together and just play some games and hang out at an arcade. To be honest, I've never actually been to an arcade but they look so much fun!
24. Learn to (properly) meditate
Take some time every now and then, away from the internet and technology, to just take a deep breath .
25. Take my parents out more often
Fairly self-explanatory, but its something that I wish that I would do more frequently and without having to have been to the movies to do so.
I really would like to achieve at least most of these by the age of twenty-five and I think that it's definitely doable!
